Without feedback, your people will assume either that they are doing just fine, or that management simply doesn't care enough about their performance to talk to them about it.

TMG has partnered with STARway Service to provide our clients with an elegant, web-based employee accountability and appraisal system. The Devine Inventory of behaviors (see Employee Selection tab) and the STARway Service employee review system are both integrated into TMG's strategic planning system, so that the goals of the company are channeled directly into the goals for each individual.

The heart of the STARway system is the Performance Map. It will:

  • Identify Primary Processes and Individual Responsibilities
  • Set clearly defined performance ratings
  • List job-specific examples of expected behavior called "priority tasks"
  • List job-specific annual goals called "priority objectives"
  • Allow editing capability during the performance year to adjust as changes occur
