Jennie Markens
Developing leadership capabilities, finding new ways to approach old habits and solving tactical problems are all part of the coaching process.

Jennie Markens is a certified Master Executive Coach. She is also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years experience working with individuals and groups, and has taught and supervised in a Master’s degree program for the past eight years. Jennie is here to help, whether through team building, or working with an individual executive to hone tools that motivate and inspire.

Jennie says, "Business tasks occur in the context of complex relationships, which can overcomplicate and derail the goals of the organization. Leading others can be an isolating task and one with a high potential for burnout. Coaching is now widely proven as an excellent and effective resource for executive leaders, and a highly effective business strategy."

She can be reached at 413-562-8405 or via email.

Jeffrey Nella
When you're in the market for a new press, how can you be certain that you are choosing wisely, that you're not paying too much, that your contract protects you now as well as down the road? Get it right, and the purchase can boost sales and profits for the decade to come.

Before joining The Markens Group, Jeffrey Nella spent twelve years with two of the world's largest manufacturers of printing equipment. He knows how to buy a press, and he knows how the people negotiating with you will try to make the best deal - not for you, but for them. With Jeffrey on your team, that simply cannot happen.

Jeffrey says, “A measured, thorough and thoughtful approach, including needs analysis, due diligence and contract negotiation will take the guesswork out of your next capital acquisition project - you'll know you made the best possible deal.”

He can be reached at 413-562-8405 or via email.
